At Seori Cosmetics, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. We therefore offer a 30-day return guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
- Unused and untested
- Unopened, with any hygiene or protective seal intact
- In its original packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because our products are personal-care and cosmetic items, products that have been opened, used, tested or had their protective seal removed may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where permitted by applicable law.
This commercial 30-day guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@seoricosmetics.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, contact:
Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send products back to the address shown on the original parcel unless instructed to do so, as our return facility may differ from the shipping origin.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Seori Cosmetics cannot be responsible for a return parcel that is lost before reaching the designated return facility.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where applicable law establishes different refund timelines or consumer rights, those requirements will apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders are normally prepared quickly after purchase.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact contact@seoricosmetics.com immediately.
We will do our best to accommodate the request, but once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Promotional Gifts
Complimentary gifts have no cash value.
Where a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotional gift, the unused promotional item may also need to be returned. Where permitted by law, the retail value of an unreturned promotional gift may be deducted from the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
