E-commerce Ad Creative Editor — Application

We're looking for a video and static creative editor to help us produce performance ad creatives for e-commerce brands.

Please complete this application carefully. We will review your experience, 3 creative examples, technical setup and Loom video together.

8. Loom Video

Record a 4–7 minute Loom video IN ENGLISH.

This is one of the most important parts of your application. No editing is required. Simply share your screen and speak naturally.

  1. Introduce yourself.
    Tell us your name, your experience editing e-commerce ads and what types of brands you have worked with.
  2. Show the 3 creatives submitted above.
    Explain your role in each creative and what you personally produced.
  3. Deep-dive into your AI creative.
    Explain exactly how you created it from A to Z: idea/reference, assets, AI tools, prompts/workflow, voice, visuals, editing, subtitles and final export.
  4. Tell us how long the AI creative took you.
    We want to understand both your quality and execution speed.
  5. Show your editing workflow if possible.
    You can briefly show your CapCut/Premiere timeline, project files or another real editing project.
  6. Explain how you would duplicate and translate a winning ad.
    Imagine we provide an existing competitor ad in another language, our translated script and access to all required AI tools. Explain how you would turn it into the final localized creative.
Make sure anyone with the link can watch it. The video must be in English.
